Appritife dish:

• White fish Ceviche with olive oil, lemon juice, red onion, coriander, sweet peppers on a mascarpone cream with herbs

Snacks in the center of the table:

• Focaccia. Homemade bread with olive oil, garlic and rosemary
• Chicken’s liver Pate, with toast and jam from eggplants and tomatoes
• Insalata caprese. Fresh tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. Mozzarella cheese and fresh basil with extra virgin olive oil. Pesto and reduces balsamic vinegar
• Antipasti plate. Grilled vegetables, Italian salami, fried artichokes and capers
• Homemade Fish plate. Homemade gravlax, pickled sardines
• Olivier salad with smoked goose in the style of “Italkia ba-Tahana” – potato, carrot, pickled cucumbers, smoked goose, mayonnaise

The first dish:

• Bouillabaisse. Soup with fish and seafood in Southern Italy style

The intermediate dish:

• Tortellini cheese with truffle cream

The main dish (optional):

• A lamb stew in long cooking on a mashed potato basis

or

• Grilled seafish fillet with basil butter and aromatic garlic – served with polenta, herbs and lemon sauce

• During the evening for each guest serve the following alcoholic drinks:
• Shot of vodka or whiskey
• Glass of white semi-dry wine
• Glass of red wine
• Sparkling wine at midnight
• Homemade Limoncello
