Focaccia – South Italian style bread served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and homemade olives on the side

Choice of first course:
Zuppa off the day – ask the waiter
Insalata Caprese – Slices of fresh tomatoes, slices of Mozzarella Di Bufala (18% fat) and fresh basil leaves sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil.
Caesar Cardini salad – Roman lettuce leaves in garlic, lemon and olive oil dressing, embellished with Parmigiano cheese and various Crostini
Pate di fegato – Pate of chicken livers soaked in Marcella wine with toasted bread & cherry tomato jam.

Choice of main courses:
Spaghetti della mamma – Tomato sauce, basil leaves, confi garlic and Parmigiano cheese
Fettuccine Alfredo di Lello – With Portobello mushroom, champignon and black truffles sauce and Parmigiano cheese
Pizza Margherita di Savoia – Fresh tomato sauce from italy, mozzarella and basil leaves
Salmon filet – A fresh chunk of salmon, roasted on the grill, served on spring vegetables sautéed on a pan with olive oil, white wine and fish stock (low fat dish: 300 calories)
Italian pullets – Italian style pullets, tanned on the grill, accompanied with roasted potato in olive oil. (low fat dish: 350 calories)

Vanilla Panna cotta – Homemade vanilla panna cotta with Cardamom
Gelato di sicilia – One, two or three flavors.

Insalata caprese – slices of fresh tomatoes, slices of Mozzarella Di Bufala (18% fat) and fresh basil leaves sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil.

Calamari E Melanzane – Rings of calamari, onions and dried tomatoes sautéed on a pan and placed on a roasted half eggplant sprinkled with yogurt sauce and coriander.

Penne alla Carbonara – Bacon, fresh cream, Parmigiano cheese and egg yolk.
Fresh orata – Baked in the oven, in olive oil, herbs and coarse salt served with potatoes Gnocchi, champignon mushroom, Italian artichokes and pine nuts.
Sea Bream di Marco – Chunks of sea bream filled with mustard and herbs, baked in the oven wrapped with bacon, zucchini and Portobello mushroom added.
Sirloin steak – 250 grams of fresh and aged beef from the galilee, roasted on the grill, served with root vegetables baked in the oven.
